A COLLABORATIVE CONCEPT IN A FAMILIAR SPACE.

Nearly two years in the making we are excited to announce the revitalization of the Cannery Market into a food incubator and test kitchen. This unique concept will house and support multiple early-stage F&B entrepreneurs by providing affordable turn-key space and access to tools and resources. This concept is made possible through a partnership between the Green Bay Chamber and Proof Incubator. Learn more about the Proof team and their mission to support independent Food and Beverage operators and bring those valuable resources to the Green Bay community!

THIS COLLABORATIVE SPACE MADE POSSIBLE BY OUR SPONSORS

Pushing the food and beverage industry forward through low barrier spaces like The Cannery would not be possible without the financial and community support of businesses, industry leaders, lenders, and organizations such as these.
